Unlocked phones in good used condition. The wear is described in plain words, so you know what to expect before the box arrives.

- **Shipping:** We ship to addresses within the United States only — no international shipping yet. Shipping is free on every US order, with one exception: a few picks are priced too low to include delivery. Their page says “Shipping calculated at checkout” — at checkout you enter your address, see the carriers’ rates with delivery estimates, and choose one before you pay; the rate you pick is the amount charged. Everything else in the same order still ships free. Ships from a US warehouse. Most orders arrive within about 8 business days.
- **Returns:** 30-day returns on unused items. Return shipping is on you unless it arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Return address provided after approval. Custom-printed items: Printed to your order, so it is outside our 30-day return — we replace it if it arrives damaged or the print is wrong.
- **Prices:** in US dollars.

## What to check before you buy

1. **Check your carrier first**: An unlocked phone is not tied to one carrier, but each carrier keeps its own list of supported models. Look the model up on your carrier's site before you switch.
2. **Read the wear, not just the word**: Good condition here means light wear: scuffs or scratches on the body are possible, and there are no cracks. The photos show the model and the color, so read the condition line on the card.
3. **Expect a used battery**: A battery loses capacity with every charge, so a used phone will not run as long as it did new. A battery swap at a repair shop is a normal part of keeping one going.

## Common questions

- **What does unlocked mean?** The phone is not tied to one carrier, so you can put in a SIM or set up an eSIM from the carrier you choose.
- **Does a used phone still get updates?** That depends on the model. Phone makers publish how long each model gets software and security updates, so check the date before you buy.
