## Description

The trouble with a shoe rack by the front door is that you still have to balance on one leg. This is a bench first, with the shoes underneath.

The seat is a padded cushion in gray woven fabric. Below it sit three tiers of open cubbies, and at one end a drawer with a cut-out handle for the things that collect by a door: keys, gloves, a shoe brush.

It measures about 40.9 inches long, 11.8 deep and 18.9 high, which is ordinary bench height, and the finish is a gray wood effect over particle board.

It weighs 43 lb, and that is worth knowing before it arrives. This is board furniture rather than a folding rack: solid to sit on, and awkward to carry upstairs alone. Decide where it lives before you unbox it.
