- Where does Urban Picks ship, and how much is shipping?
- We ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum and no separate shipping charge at checkout.
- How long will my order take?
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most US deliveries arrive about 5–10 business days after shipment. You'll get tracking by email when it's available.
- What is your return policy?
- You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Email support@urban-picks.com to start — we provide the return address once your request is approved.
- Is checkout secure? How are payments handled?
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout — Urban Picks never sees or stores your full card number.
- Who operates Urban Picks?
- Urban Picks is a US store operated by Ecoformers LLC (Culver City, CA). ECOFORMERS is our own house label — for example the ECOFORMERS Bamboo Mattress Topper. Other picks are selected from makers we trust and shown under their own names.
- What is the ECOFORMERS Bamboo Mattress Topper made of?
- It's a soft, quilted comfort layer with a breathable, noiseless bamboo-style surface fabric (a bamboo-style feel, not a 100% bamboo claim) and a soft fill. It has a 360° elastic deep-pocket skirt and is machine washable. Exact fiber content is shown on the product page where available.
- Which mattress sizes does the topper fit?
- It comes in Twin (39×75 in), Queen (60×80 in), King (76×80 in), and California King (72×84 in). The 360° elastic deep-pocket skirt is designed to fit mattresses about 8–20 inches deep.
- Do the floor cushions come with filling?
- Yes. Both the round (22 in across) and square (22×22 in) floor cushions ship with a soft fiber fill included, in 13 colors. They may arrive compressed — give them a little time to fully expand after opening.
- How do I care for these products?
- The mattress topper is machine washable. The floor cushions are spot-clean recommended. Always check the care notes on each product page.
