Our website offers an automated support chat. The messages you type into it are sent to Google (Gemini API) so that an AI model can generate a reply, together with our own product and policy information. Please do not enter payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information into the chat. The assistant cannot look up orders, and chat transcripts are kept only in your own browser for the duration of your visit — we do not store them on our servers.
