Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Urban Picks processes and ships orders placed through urban-picks.com.
Shipping area
At launch, Urban Picks ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping is added later, shipping rates, duties, taxes, and delivery times may differ and this policy will be updated.
Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Processing time is the time needed to verify payment, prepare the order, and hand it to the carrier or fulfillment partner. Some products may require additional processing time. If a product has a different processing time, we will try to state that on the product page or during checkout.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery times vary by product, shipping method, destination, carrier, and fulfillment source.
For most U.S. orders, estimated delivery may be approximately 5–10 business days after shipment, unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Shipping carriers
Orders may ship through carriers or fulfillment partners such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- other domestic carriers or fulfillment providers
The carrier may vary depending on the item, destination, package size, and availability.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping, flat-rate shipping, or paid shipping depending on the item, promotion, or order value.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information by email after the order ships. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Split shipments
If an order contains multiple items, items may ship separately. You may receive more than one tracking number.
Delivery delays
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- carrier delays
- weather
- holidays
- incorrect or incomplete address information
- high order volume
- inventory delays
- fulfillment partner delays
- customs or import-related issues, if applicable to a product
If we cannot ship within the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for the delayed shipment or canceling the order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Urban Picks is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may offer reshipment at the customer's expense or issue a refund minus shipping and carrier costs, where permitted by law.
Lost packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- check around your delivery location;
- ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom staff;
- contact the carrier;
- contact us at ecoformers@gmail.com.
We will review the issue and may assist with a carrier claim where possible. Replacement or refund decisions are handled case by case based on tracking, carrier confirmation, and the circumstances of the order.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ecoformers@gmail.com. Please include:
- order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the packaging
- photos of the shipping label
Do not throw away the item or packaging until we review the issue, as the carrier or fulfillment partner may require proof.
Preorders or backorders
If we offer preorder or backorder items in the future, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page when possible. If the estimated date changes, we will notify customers and provide options where required by law.
