Refund Policy

Urban Picks is operated by Ecoformers LLC.
We want customers to be satisfied with their Urban Picks order. This Refund Policy explains when items can be returned, how to start a return, and how refunds are processed.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for most eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused;
- undamaged;
- in the same condition that you received it;
- in the original packaging when reasonably possible;
- returned with all included accessories, manuals, parts, and labels.
Return requests made after 30 days may be declined.
Items that may not be returnable
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, customization, or final sale reasons. Non-returnable items may include:
- items marked "Final Sale" on the product page;
- used, installed, altered, or damaged items;
- personal care or hygiene items, if opened or used;
- consumable products, if opened;
- gift cards;
- digital products or downloadable content, if offered in the future;
- products missing original parts, accessories, or packaging where those items are necessary for resale or safe return processing.
If a product has special return restrictions, we will try to state that on the product page.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ecoformers@gmail.com. Please include:
- order number;
- description of the issue;
- clear photos of the product;
- clear photos of the packaging;
- photos of the shipping label, if relevant.
If the issue is verified, we may provide one of the following solutions:
- replacement;
- refund;
- store credit;
- replacement part;
- return label, if a return is required.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Urban Picks will cover reasonable return shipping costs if we require the item to be returned.
Return shipping costs
For standard returns where the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- the customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
- original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error;
- we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
For returns due to our verified error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
How to start a return
To start a return, email ecoformers@gmail.com with:
- your order number;
- your name;
- the item you want to return;
- the reason for return;
- photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Important: Do not send items back before receiving written return authorization and return instructions. The return address is provided only after a return request is approved. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.
Refund process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it commonly takes 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.
Partial refunds
We may issue a partial refund if:
- the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition;
- accessories, manuals, packaging, or parts are missing;
- the item shows signs of misuse;
- the returned item does not match the item originally shipped.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges when inventory is available. If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at ecoformers@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has started processing or has shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may need to request a return after delivery.
Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, or restocking costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
