The two cabinets close behind framed doors with round black knobs, while the center stays open so you don't have to open a door for the pair you're about to put on. Inside, a removable shelf adjusts across 3 heights to fit boots as well as flats. The frame is melamine-coated MDF, built to hold up to 321 lb overall and 286 lb on the seat; each cabinet and the open shelf carry up to 11 lb and 7 lb. At 41.3 in wide, 13.8 in deep and 18.5 in tall, it suits a hallway wall without crowding the walkway. Some assembly is required. The bench arrives with the cushion and a printed manual.
