Contoured Sleep Mask, 3-Pack

Most cheap sleep masks are a flat pad of fabric pressed against your eyelids. This one is moulded. The cups stand off the face and leave a pocket of air over each eye, so your lashes are not flattened and you can open your eyes under the mask without the fabric touching them. If you have ever taken a mask off at 3am because you could feel it on your eyes, that is the difference. The strap is a thin elastic band with a slide buckle, so it adjusts to your head and stays put when you turn over. The mask measures 9 inches across, which sits comfortably on most adult faces, and the whole thing weighs next to nothing. One thing to know before you buy: this design is deliberately flat at the nose, with no moulded nose piece. That keeps it slim and packable and it is why it folds down so small, but it also means a little light can come in along the bridge of your nose.
